Join us for a 2-hour immersive visit to the captivating world of honeybees! At our Yorkshire apiaries, you’ll see how honey is made, meet the bees, and learn about traditional beekeeping methods that make our honey pure and natural. 

The visit will take place when the 2025 beekeeping season will start May/June. The day will be established depending on weather conditions.  If you have any questions please contact us.

What to Expect in Your 2-Hour Visit:

• Guided Tour: Discover the intricate life cycle of bees, hive dynamics, and how honey is harvested.
• Hands-On Experience: Feel the buzz, spot the queen, and witness young bees emerging from their cells.
• Accessible Activities: We offer options for disabled visitors so everyone can enjoy and learn from this experience.

Important Information:

1. Age Requirement: Suitable for visitors 16+ (children 10+ welcome with an adult).
2. Allergy Notice: Not recommended for those with bee sting allergies.
3. Health & Mobility: We offer accessible activities; please contact us to discuss any specific needs.
4. Clothing: Long sleeves, trousers, and high boots are required. Protective gear is provided.
5. Weather Dependent: Call us to book the date, dates may be adjusted based on weather conditions.
6. Waiver Required: All participants must sign a waiver due to the inherent risks of visiting an active apiary.
